The Artists’ Salon invites you to take part in relaxed and informal discussion around your own and other artists’ work. It is open to all art forms and to artists of all abilities, as well as anyone else interested in contemporary art. We use peer feedback for diverse and constructive appraisal of our work which can be brought to the sessions at any level of completion. Presenting a piece of your work and contributing to the discussion is optional.
I created the Artists' Salon in 2018 (with Catalina Renjifo).
I created East Oxford Portraits in 2018 (with Lucy Stopford). It continues as a well-attended group.

Ed Clayton, Alan Franklin, Gill Gregory, Deborah Mills, Lindall Pearce, Marion Piper, Catalina Renjifo, Cally Shadbolt, Katie Taylor
Artists met from Workhall in High Wycombe and Magdalen Road Studios in Oxford. The exhibition enabled discussion around different and similar approaches to making work, the influence of previous art education and the experience of working in shared studios. The exhibition and conversation were intended for artists and other guests interested in critical thinking.
